Radon Testing
Compared to better-known home hazards like asbestos and lead-based paint, a significant portion of homeowners are unaware of the danger of household radon exposure. This is primarily due to the gas being odorless, tasteless, and colorless.
It’s critical to contact an experienced Radon Testing Company to test your home’s Radon levels, espically if you have a growing family. Trained and certified Radon Mitigation company to test your home’s Radon levels, especially if you have a growing family.
The radioactive gas can be critically harmful to small children, as their lungs are just developing. That is why we highly recommend you contact a professional environmental consultant to test your home, analyze your Radon levels, and eliminate any threat.

Lead Paint Inspection
Are you worried about lead paint in your home? If your home was built prior to 1978, it’s a good chance that it has some lead-based paint in it. The federal government banned consumer use of lead paint in 1978 but lead paint is still found in many older homes and if in poor condition can be a source of exposure to children and adults. Symptoms of lead paint exposure often include learning difficulties, loss of appetite and sluggishness, and fatigue. In adults, lead poisoning symptoms include joint and muscle pain, headaches, difficulty with memory and concentration, and loss of appetite. Â
A paint inspection consists of the collection and analysis of a sample of each paint color within the building for Lead. The analytical results will document if lead was identified and at what levels (concentration) it was found. This information is useful when assessing the conditions of a building as well as for planning future renovation work.Â
Air Monitoring
Air monitoring for Lead is most often completed during the course of work activities and is geared towards worker safety. The MIOSHA Part 603 Lead Exposure in Construction Standard states that “any employer who is covered by the standard shall initially determine if any employee may be exposed to lead above the action level of 30 micrograms per cubic meter of air by personal monitoring and if so they must implement employee protective measures to limit exposure levels.”
